What I would like for you to do for creating the first case study is to review the college website and determine its usability. Once you do that start your case study with an overview of what you think is wrong and can be corrected. Is the website easy to use, is it confusing and if so where and how will you correct it$,$ finding a course, looking up books, finding classes and registering for them. There is so much you can look at so I expect that you do a thorough examination of the website.
