A statement that resonated with me after watching the Voices of Diversity video is when Emmett Roberts stated, "I push at it, helping everybody to understand that we're all different. As we explore that and know how different we are, we understand how much alike we are. And that self-exploration. As you figure out who you are and where you're going, you know you're not going by yourself, and others are on the same journey. And you can be of help or hinder. But in the long run, it's best for us if we help each other." One strategy I will apply is to conduct a SWOT analysis, which, as described in the video, is a tool that helps discover strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
