The leadership behavior that aligns to Facebook's mission statement, is that it is a purpose driven leadership, and today's leadership refers to the process of influencing others (Krapfl & Kruja, 2015). However, there are multiple styles and ways to influence others that are effective in different social situations, environments, and different forms of aversive control (Krapfl & Kruja, 2015). The behavior that aligns with Facebook mission statement is, social media influencers that make specified videos to relates to their community of choice. Examples of this would be influencers that create parental content videos, food content of others cooking and/or reviewing preferred and non-preferred restaurants.
