What is a Markov Chain? Give an example that was NOT provided in the lecture notes!

As part of your MC discussion this week, please include a basic examplefrom every day life, the example should not be from published sources, the lecture notes or an example posted by other students. The example you come up with should have all the components of a proper discrete Markov chain and you will need your example for upcoming weeks including for the midterm.

A common deduction in the midterm is not to have a Markov chain example as described above.
