"What is a workflow":

a. Identify a process within your own business, previous or current company, or hypothetical example, and list its key elements to get from step A to Z. On this first task: name the process and list the key elements or components.

b. Chose a type of workflow that better describes your identified process and layout the key components (actors, activities, results) to show how it flows.

c. Follow steps 1 to 5 from the attached file "What is a workflow" to complete your assignment.

d. Feel free to use any software resource that you might have access to such as excel, powerpoint, workflow software apps, project management apps, or even a handmade (clear & clean) diagram.
