  1. What is Cognitive Biases and how would it affect HR people? Also; I am graduated from Boazii University and I am the director of HR Department in my organization. A candidate for an open position in my organization has an interview with me and she is graduated from Boazii University as well. But the other candidate who is graduated from Bilkent University is a better fit fort he opened position. But I prefer working with the one graduated from Boazii University. Which cognitive bias did create my decision and have an impact on me? Why?
