What patterns or relationships do you notice as you move away from the speaker when the music is playing?$$ Does the intensity change exactly as $1/$R$2$ where R is the distance away from the speaker?$$ Why or why not do you think this is the case?$$

Using material in section $17\mathrm{.}6,$ estimate the loudness of the music at a 'normal' distance away from the speaker.$$ The values chosen to determine the 'phon' will be subjective $$ there is not an exact answer.$$

Using internet sources, find suggestions on 'how loud is too loud', relating sound intensity level $($or intensity, or loudness$)$ and time to hearing damage.$$
