The specific business problem is that some Unmanned Aerial System $($UAS$)$ users lack proper skills and training to operate in designated United States airspace $($Federal Aviation Administration, $2020).$ The purpose of this proposed qualitative case study is to explore what strategies ae used by some Unmanned Aerial System managers and supervisors to identify and address poor performance and lack of qualifications in the workplace. The research question is$,$ what management strategies do some Unmanned Aerial System companies, agencies, and organizations used to identify the qualifications and training needed to prevent or discourage unqualified individuals from entering the workplace? Unmanned Aerial Systems $($UAS$),$ commonly known as drones, have gained significant traction in various industries for their potential to revolutionize operations. However, one critical challenge facing the widespread adoption of UAS is the lack of proper skills and training among operators, particularly in navigating designated airspace safely$($Federal Aviation Administration, $2019).$ This literature review aims to analyze and synthesize existing research to understand the extent of this problem and explore potential solutions.
