What is the Value Chain, and what are its components, and why is each component important? Does the short video clip demonstrate an attempt to increase or decrease value for customers? Explain. Will it cost the customers more to get this value and if so, do you feel customers would be willing to pay for that? Finally, consider your current place of employment or a place you have worked in the past . . . list a few of the activities, indicate whether each is value-added or non-value-added, and list brief suggestions about how the organization could improve
