Share the above memo with Chaosism and ask for her support. Ask Chaosism to allow everyone to meet to review the memorandum before going forward with Savvy's plans.

Emphasize the importance of everyone understanding the pros and cons as well as adverse effects on the ability for agency to recruit applicants if hiring standards change.

Make sure Savvy knows that I $($Lindsley$)$ understand his concerns but he must give the HR department an opportunity to respond and present their options.
