What positive or negative feedback would you give my classmate on their post?

By definition, the purpose of an administrative agency (governmental or independent) isto oversee complex matters of governmental concerns beyond the expertise of legislators. Agencies cover a wide range of causes that are meant to help regulate matters to protect us as citizens from a variety of crises and social issues.

After researching this topic, I have reached the conclusion that we do not need any additional agencies. What we need to do is review the entities that already exit. In 2017, Forbes published an article stating that there is no way to truly know how many are in place (Crews, 2017).According to the article, there are over 400 agencies. The ones that we are most familiar with such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), are constantly under scrutiny because of the level of political influence allowed. If the agency is appealing to one political party over another, the issue on the table could be dismissed without just cause.

There are so many loopholes in the administrative laws that are meant to protect us that makes some of the purposes of existing agencies useless. Therefore, if I were to add an agency, I would add one that had the responsibility and absolute power to override the over riders that keep the existing agencies from serving its purposes.
