What specific business expertise do you anticipate contributing/developing within the service organization? I am majoring in marketing, so what could be a good example of that?

Example: The business expertise I anticipate contributing to this service organization is my communication skills and negotiating skills. I have come to realize that communication is key when speaking with people who struggle mentally. I say negotiation skills because there are a lot of mentally ill people who fight with themselves and others on the state of their health and whether they are actually ill.
