what step should lucy take next

At first, I did not like the idea of keeping a work diary. The process seems so tedious. However, I was able to document everything that I do, and many of those things are not in my current job description. I was able to detail out other aspects of my work, which really showed me that I was doing a lot more than I thought I was. Hopefully Lucy and Chan pay attention, and notice all of the great things we do. Yeah, it was annoying writing everything down, but I think this will help Lucy and Chan to see all that we do. After reviewing the employee diaries, and evaluating other data collected from surveys, I realize my team is doing a lot more work than their current job descriptions indiqate. What step should Lucy take next? Work with Fred in HR to see if deserving employees can receive an upgrade in title and compensation Update job descriptions to reflect actual work performed, but elect not to advocate for compensation increases, due to flat enrollment at Chatwood
