But, to help my project team develop and be engaged in the product I will continuously keep them in the loop of anything that comes up$.$ I will share my vision in a way that helps them see the benefit of this new product. As for rewards what helps motivate team members is knowing they have potential investments, Apple currently has free shares for their employees $($Joseph$,2024)$ which greatly encourages them to be best at what they do$.$ But also giving them the best reward of discounted products, or even a free product. Including a free product will encourage them to wear it on a daily basis and showcase the new features to consumers.
