What will be a good reply for this post?

In Dallas, Texas Marijuana is illegal, but if you are caught with four ounces or less you can be given a citation instead of jail time. Being in possession of bigger amounts leads to misdemeanors, and felony charges. It is legal if you have a prescription and there are certain requirements to be eligible and approved.

This change has made a positive impact to the community because it means that fewer people are going to jail and adding to the overcrowding.

The negative impact is that you have people smoking Marijuana in public areas and the positive impact is that the citations rate on this charge have risen. It also gives officers more time to go to important calls. Another positive is the jails will have space for much serious crimes like murder or rape.

I do not believe we will ever be a legal Marijuana state.

Some conflicts that can arise are for instance someone who smokes Marijuana for medical purposes moving to Texas and needing a doctor's prescription to be able to carry it and use it but not needing that proof in their previous state.
