The artifacts that I have experienced from the company that I have been researching are stories and rituals. These are the artifacts I have experienced because of the nature of my company's culture. The research I have done for this company has exposed me to the many beliefs and values that are held by the company(Langton & Robbins, 2021). The part that appeals to me is the transparency of the company's culture that make their artifacts visible to everyone. The artifacts are important because of how it pertains to the natural environment and culture of a company. The success of a company can in many ways trace its way back to the effectiveness of its cultural artifacts(IvyPanda, 2021).
