What would be a good response to this post? The discussion board this week threw me in a loop. Trying to understand how Geometry works in health care is not the struggle I have; it is knowing which jobs would benefit the most from the use. I think that surgeons would benefit from using Geometry in their work. for many different reasons. For example, surgeons would need to have a fundamental understanding of angles and dimensions in their day-to-day work. Another instance that geometry is utilized in the health care industry would be done in the everyday work of ophthalmologists. As an ophthalmologist, this would take especially take place during surgery on the eyes. Just even the slightest of mistakes can cost a person the ability to have their eyesight. So just between these two careers, there is so much that providers and patients can lose without the proper utilization of geometry in their practice
