What would be a positive response to this post? I would honestly say that both the written code of ethics combined with ethic training and strong ethical leadership would have a huge impact on me. The reason being is because yes I can have strong ethical leadership but I can lack something else that is very important to have. The written code of ethics and ethics training is used to foster and facilitate desired ethical behavior in the organization. Leadership is an essential skill and force in initiating changes. These skills come hand in hand to become successful and have a great experience. I believe that these experiences lead to great personal growth and learning how to apply them when needed. In my experience I have strong ethical leadership and learning more about the written code of ethics and training will make me be more valuable and knowledgeable in my field of profession. Having these ethics will lead to great accomplishments
