What would you do if you identified for example that the staff were not motivated to actually come to work and engage in their duties, what would you do in order to increase the value of completing the duties? In my example I believe I said I would create a token system that could lead to a big reinforcer if they reach a specific criteria for it. But I was curious to see if you had other ideas besides a token system! For problem two I wanted to ask what if after the observation period you observe that the RBT is becoming overwhelmed with the amount of skills based teaching protocols and cannot evenly implement them all during the session, what approach would you take for solving the dilemma? Would you place some of the programs on hold until some are mastered or would you increase training so that they can try and implement as many as possible?
