As the consumer, I believe many things should be considered and negotiated in a cloud computing contract. For example, many organizations switch to cloud computing to meet availability standards. Understanding the uptime guarantees is vital in negotiating a contract. Another consideration is the termination policy in place with that cloud provider. Fully understanding how the termination process is critical. For example, one cloud computing company could destroy the data if a breach occurs at the consumer's fault.
