Since technology is only becoming more advanced. A lot of people feel that when it comes to the internet their privacy is being violated. With some breaches and hackers many worry about their information being stolen as well as their identities. 2. As I think about the next 10 years, I think the most fundamental civil liberty is freedom of speech. Since most people may feel that they can't speak as freely. Even though it is protected by the First Amendment in the Constitution. People may also feel that they have to watch what they say to avoid a negative outcome 3. The biggest obstacle to to right to privacy is control. Since some companies or people may try to control how much information can be gathered or shared when it comes to online. It may be difficult to keep track on the digital footprints involving everyone. 4. Some social movements that currently address issues when it comes to right to privacy are the American Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation. These movements focus on reaching out to people to make them aware and to inform how much personal information is being shared
