This involves Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement. At this model you need to achieve each stage before you can move to next one.

Very first step is Awareness to complete this stage person need tis be aware of need for change. Why this change is needed for me to make sure it will leave to Desire to be involved. The people have desire to put effort to create smooth and good change project.

Once project is successfully implemented there is time to start Knowledge stage. This is their users need to be trained so they are capable to use new skills to make this project successful. Ability $$ this involves opportunity to people to use and apply their new skills. Its very important at this stage to provide extra support. Once a project are delivered and all people are fully trainer and endorsing new skills it$$s time to move to Reinforcement. This stage is to ensure that the change are sustain and continues this way.
