When a certain employee worked late at night or on weekends, she brought her children to the office. The practice quickly gained popularity and soon many other employees began bringing children to the office. Some employees have now begun bringing their children to work during normal office hours. Not all of the companys employees or clients are pleased with this situation; therefore, a company policy has been drafted to ban the practice of having children in the office.

As managing partner of Skylar Consulting Group, write a memo to your employees informing them of the new no-children policy.

Be sure the memo has a comprehensive subject line (who, what, why, when, where) and is at least two paragraphs in length. Do not state the bad news in the subject line!
