2. Pay attention to the four questions and explanations because you'll see instructions further down about specifically relating these to the purpose of YOUR project. (See #6 about this). NOTICE, by the way, that the word "problem" as it relates to a business case for a project really means more like a "situation." Don't take the word "problem" literally here in most cases...realize this is about explaining WHY the project is needed or desired to be done. This is what you'll provide about in #6 below!!

4. Explain what a business case is for project management.
5. The first of these two articles indicated that the project manager should not be the one doing the business case, but explained why that doesn't work. Explain how you would determine whether you needed to build a business case for a project you've been assigned to manage.
6. Using the Baxter (2002) article information, answer each of the four questions in the PM Hut (2009) article "Baby's Room Remodeling", BE SURE to add a brief description of your project, so the reader understands what you are talking about. NOTE: It is very important that you are focusing on these questions in light of the project work...not about your experience planning for this project in this class.
