Assume you are the Director of Information Technology at a company that is planning on implementing a new customer service computer system. The president of the company has heard of the SDLC and prototype methods of system development, but does not know anything about them.

He wants you to provide him a short summary that explains the steps (or phases) used by each approach and a short explanation of the differences and similarities between these two system development methodologies so he can decide which method to use to build the new customer service system.

Write a short (between 300-400 words) summary to the president that meets the above requirements. After your summary, state which methodology you feel is the better approach to building a computer system and explain why. It is OK to use bullet points to explain the steps used by each methodology. (15 points)
