When communicating it is often possible to be knowingly missing part of a message. In which case you typically know where in the message the missing data is supposed to go. Suppose we are receiving a message using the '15 player' code, and we know that we did not receive bits 1, 7 and 9, so that the message received looks like: ?0110 0?0?1 10000. Assuming there were no errors in the parts of the message we received (everything other than bits 1, 7 and 9 is correct), determine the original 11-bit message sent.
