When communicating with someone else it is important to consider not just the words but nonverbal behaviors that may suggest very different information than what is said. Share an example where in communicating with at work or in a group setting where someone's nonverbal or tone revealed different information that was technically said in words. What was the difference? Did you pick up the difference right away or did it take time? What might you have looked for based on what we have learned in this class?
