When completing the following learning contract, refer to the learning expectations set out in the practicum course manual. Take into consideration the agency that you will be working with, the population that the agency serves as well as your own learning needs and goals. Be specific when thinking about your learning needs and objectives. Discuss with your Agency Field Supervisor what you would like to focus on during the practicum: 1. In the first column, list the objectives that you would like to work toward during the practicum. List 5 or more objectives. 2. In the second column, list specific activities that you will do and complete toward meeting the learning objective these activities address. In the final column (evaluation), list ways that tells you (i) each of the listed activities is completed and also (ii) your performance toward your learning objective is evaluated.
