Question: When determining if my null hypotheses can or cannot be rejected I would be looking at FSA scores for each year separately with two groups

When determining if my null hypotheses can or cannot be rejected I would be looking at FSA scores for each year separately with two groups for each year. The groups will be sorted by building numbers. Group 1 will be buildings one and two and Group 2 will be buildings three, four, and five. I will look at the average scores for each year within each group and use those values to determine if the null hypothesis can or cannot be rejected. I will also be looking at the amount of years teachers have been teaching compared to each year's FSA scores. I will be using that data to determine if the null hypothesis can or cannot be rejected. The confidence interval for the mini research project will be at a 95% confidence level. With that being said, I found the confidence intervals for several situations. I broke them up by each year of scores and then I separated them by buildings. I also included the total scores as well since I will be using this as well for the second hypothesis. Which type of test should I use for my mini project?
