when i come to replacement workers organizations currently: cannot hire permanent workers to replace their employees for any reason, can continue to employ replacement workers in pkace of their employees after the conclusion of an unfair labor practice strike, cannot refuse to reinstate strikers at the conclusion of an economic stirke if they have been replaced with permanent employees, or can refuse to reinstate strikers at the conclsuion of an aconomic state if they have been replaced with permanent emplyees
