When I first started as a Project manager, our team was using a simple, pre-made email template to manage projects. While it was helpful at first, it didn't fit every project or help me communicate clearly with stakeholders.After chatting with my manager about this, he encouraged me to break away from the one size fits all template and create project workflows that made sense for each situation.He also asked me to keep him in the loop so he could offer guidance and make sure I wasn't missing anything important that could put the project at risk. That feedback really opened my eyes and helped me see how tailoring communication and processes can make a big difference, and working with my manager made the whole transition much easier.
Feedback I received during this course is really similar though I am still writing with clarity, I have to keep in mind to continue to use examples and really make it relatable and not derail from my point I am trying to make.
I think the feedback I can give is to encourage and explain what i understand, and then solicit for clarity on items that maybe didn't make sense or weren't relatable, and again give an example of work I have done, and or suggest what would help me understand the subject better.
