When i want to make a contract between a real estate broker and myself that states I get 10% revenue of the commission of the sale of the house, What is the best type of contract to use. i am currently typing it out on a word document and will have it signed tomorrow by the broker! i will attach a copy of where I'm at so far, any pointers on what more I should add would be greatly appreciated.
