When I worked for a facility management company, after 6 months of being a member of the Focus Team (preparation for a leadership role), I interviewed for and got the role of Senior, which is the right-hand person for the Team Leader. This was my first corporate leadership role, but I was excited to learn and confident in my abilities to be successful. One of the first responsibilities my Team Leader delegated to me was to monitor all agent's productivity and our district jobs to ensure no deadlines were missed. I believe that I was at development level D1 because I was new to being in a full-time leadership role like that and needed to be guided and taught everything there was to know about the position before I could be successful at monitoring production and the entire district's jobs
