When interviewing someone for a new position, there are many qualities to look for when filling a position. One thing I would look for in someone that is a team player. Since working in the healthcare field, I have learned that the shift is much more challenging without teamwork, and the work needs to be done in a timely manner. Another quality to look for in a person is the willingness to learn. There is something to be learned every day, no matter the career you work in. If an employee starts a new position with the attitude of not being willing to learn, mistakes will occur. Having a great attitude and a can-do spirit is very important.
