When it comes to the lean systems I think it is a systems that will help a company minimize producing to much product and let the company produce products with a one piece flow. By doing this it will allow the employees to focus on one thing at a time rather than multiple pieces which can be confusing to someone. This will also increase on the quality and flexibility of the employees to the product which is being produced. Whenever a company is using the Lean method this allows the company to have very little defects which will in the end save time and money. The overall goal of the Lean system is to reduce waste whether it be too much inventory or too much time spent on one thing.

Lean principles, how this approach evolved and key elements including Kaizen, just in time guidelines, and how implementation of this mind-set has created efficiencies and productivity in the business world.
