When maximum working radius brings the crane operation to utilize option 2 or 3 of encroachment precautions, identify the following precautions that must be taken: Line must be de-energized and visibly grounded Conduct a planning meeting with crane team Erect and maintain elevated warning lines in line with option 2, 20 feet or Table A distances Use a dedicated spotter or other proximity warning method mentioned in paragraph 4 of Section 1408
