When measuring the realibility analysis for the regression model, do we put both dependent variable (DV) and indipendent variabels (IV) or just the indipendent variables in the items box?

Also, are these DV or IV (the scale given is 1-7 for all options). (When answering you can say H1=IV, H2= DV....... etc)
