When providing advice to switch financial products under via an SOA - do you have to provide the financial impact in a dollar amount? is it enough to provide a recommendation to change product - give comparison/merit and then suggest that there is "no significant cost" to the recommendation? I would have thought that significant cost could be interpreted by people differently and thus you would need to provide manner in which the client can decide whether switching products is a "significant" cost or not?
