When securing a partnership or sponsor, the entity you are trying to connect with will want to know:
1) Number of clients (if you are a TV station, they would want to know the number of viewers...etc...)
2) What's in it for them...
3) What will the partnership look like.
Look at credit cards that have airline miles.
Credit cards that let you use points to pay for various items
Look at soda brands, such as Coke and Pepsi, and their alliance with sports teams where you live..
These are all examples of partnerships and/or sponsorships.
