In order to achieve this level of understanding, one must master the skill of communicating effectively at all levels of understanding. Why is this so important when it comes to leading and directing others? How do you get each person representing different generations to work together as one? Remember that words are perceived differently depending on their generational eras with different backgrounds, morals, discipline, beliefs, etc. How do you ensure that your words spoken are understood by everyone the same way?
