(When I was listening to the video about "Growth Mindset". It rings bills of my current manager style. I'm listening and saying "YES he do that!" .it does explain to me why we do have a space to challenge ourselves and getting outside of our comfort zone, and wanting to do that more an more. We are blessed to work with such a mentality. therefore, I do get a space to get-out of my comfort zone. I also learned from him these things and I implement it with the team.

2. having a space to do mistakes for those who are keen on the work and trying something for the 1st time.
