Write a program that asks the user for two different numbers. If the first number is greater than the second number, your program should work like this:

Enter a number: $77$

Enter another number: $45$

Which number is bigger? than $45$

Otherwise, your program should work like this:

Enter a number: $11$

Enter another number: $92$

$11$ is less than or equal to $92$
