While e-commerce adoption in supply chains has gained much attention, there are still many unanswered question on whether adoption of e-commerce is influenced by social and cultural values. As long as their real effects on e-commerce adoption are unclear, scientific evidence cannot support government policy-making. In any global supply network, the overall improvement of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction can only be achieved through greater coordination and collaboration of all the network members.However, trust is not easily achieved.The full benefits of close cooperation within a global supply network can only be achieved when the business processes of the individual companies can interoperate.Based on your readings, lecture notes, and other experiences associated with partnering and vendor relationships, what appropriate business practices would you suggest to develop fuller network co-ordination in terms of business process changes and technical arrangements.
