While preparing the launch, you were advised that it would have to be moved to a different day than originally scheduled due to the absence of a very important VIP (who insisted on being present). The VIP further specifies that he will be available exclusively on Saturdays (i.e. either the week before or the week after the 11th of December 2021). The project will cost an additional RM18000 if completed after December 11th, however, if completed before December 11th, you will have to shorten the overall time of the project, which would incur additional costs. It should also be mentioned that event preparations must be finished at least one day before the event itself. As the project manager, you must decide whether the event should take place before or after December 11th. Using the data in the text and Table 1 below;

(a) Select a new date to have the launch and justify the reasons for your answer by applying the necessary controlling and monitoring tool(s) to assess the health and status of the project. You also need to demonstrate the ability to decide which date would be a better choice for the event with justifications (that are supported by calculations and/or reasonable assumptions) for his/her answer.
