While presenting the recommendations to your client, your manager is interrupted by one of the clients. They explained to your manager that they have a medical appointment, so they needed to finish the meeting as soon as possible. They explained that they would take the Statement of Advice home, along with the application papers. They would then read the Statement of Advice, sign the authority to proceed and complete all the paperwork and send back to your manager to implement. Your manager agrees. If they send back the completed and signed paperwork to your manager, is it appropriate that your manager proceeds to implement the advice on behalf of the clients?
