So for the performance appraisal project I am asking you to develop basic criterion instead of dive too deeply into either performance management or performance appraisal. As such, your task on the Criterion Development Project is simply to provide 12-15 solid criteria for each of these three jobs:

-construction worker

- company secretary

please try to map more of the performance domain by trying to develop 3 or 4 different themes or domains in your approach. So, for exp, in our discussion of lecturer success one group mentioned entertainment value. For this assignment please provide a little bit more on the how and if possible define entertainment value a little more if its not obvious. So instead of entertainment value how about at end of each course would have students rate once on a question that asks about their ability to entertain the students during lecture or however else you want to measure it. Or at a random point in semester would have students rate given lecture on entertainment value.
