The holiday bonus made employees feel underappreciated, and the years of service for employees in between the years given recognition needs to be more robust. All employees should be valued the same. Therefore, safety bonuses should be given to any employee who meets the safety guidelines that are adhered to at Sinai. The years of service should be recognized for every year worked, not just a set amount of time. The Christmas bonus should be reevaluated and set at a higher amount. When employees feel valued, they want to perform their best.
