Whilst committed to supporting the transition to a solar electric economy, given the scale and nature of the group's operations, Tesla impacts the environment and society in various ways. The management of Telsa has appointed you to prepare a research report which evaluates the firm's environmental impacts and social risks. Key report content includes: 1. An overview of three key ways in which the group impacts the environment. This discussion should be backed by relevant research and a deep understanding of the environmental impacts of the group's products and value chain (5 marks). 2. An overview of three key social risks that the firm should be considerate of. This discussion should be backed by relevant research and a deep understanding of the group's stakeholders and social impacts across the group's value chain (5 marks). 3. Two environmental and two social objectives that the firm should strive for based on your analysis in requirements 1 and 2 above. Identify and discuss two key performance indicators for each of these objectives (5 marks). As identified below, your objectives should consistent with the S-M-A-R-T objectives criteria and your KPIS should be consistent with the criteria for effective performance measures. Using APA referencing, this report must be supported by reference to a range of relevant academic and other research sources. It is not sufficient to refer only to sources from Tesla (5 marks for academic writing).
