WHP Group Presentation

Directions This project will be completed in small groups. Students will research a local company and design and present a Comprehensive Workplace Wellness program to be implemented in the organization $($including the plan, implementation strategy and evaluating for improvements$).$ Partners will prepare a presentation for the class on their Comprehensive Workplace Wellness program by utilizing PowerPoint and submitting by video Fifteen minutes will be allotted for each presentation $($including two or three minutes for questions and answers$).$ Also, you must each complete a peer evaluation of your group members You will be individually evaluated on the content and quality of the information presented, slide presentation, length of presentation $(15$ minutes$),$ comprehensiveness of the program plan, implementation and evaluation, and the ability to answer questions. Start it: Plan Identify a local organization and research company information and data required for needs assessment and business case $($size$,$ industry, culture, current wellness activities, current challenges, unique opportunities$)$ What data$/$metrics will you collect and how $($Website information, annual reports$)$ How will you use this data to guide your program planning process? Outline the comprehensive workplace wellness program$-$including all initiatives you will implement and provide the rationale for your choices. How will you integrate the program into the current culture and organization? Identify what additional resources you will need and how those resources will be allocated. Build it: Program Implementation Develop a communication plan for your Comprehensive program and provide the rationale for your choices. Develop an implementation strategy for your initiatives $$ creating a movement Identify any concerns associated with implementation and your plans for mitigating those concerns. Make it last: Program Evaluation How will you measure program effectiveness? Identify what type$($s$)$ of evaluation you will conduct and provide the rationale for your choices. What steps will you take to ensure continuous program improvements?
