Why do similar right triangles with two coordinates with the same equation and in the same line are proportional to the other two coordinates which form a right triangle?
For ex:
Equation: 2x-3
First two coordinates: (1,-1) (4,5)
Other two coordinates: (2,1) (7,11)
Why are the slopes of all pairs of coordinates proportional to eachother?
